small leak

Ok so my tank has a pin hole leak at he very top any ideas to.fix this with out taking to much.water out

Re silicone it. That's what I would do

Do have to from.the inside or can it be done on the out side

Drain down past the level its leaking from and let it dry silicone won't stick if its wet and cover it fro. Inside
