Tank Size

Hello everyone,
I have a 45 gallon tall tank right now and I am trying to place my albino oscar in a new home but I have no idea what size tank would be good for him. He is about 12-13" long by now and has a bad attitude. I don't have the money to get him a bigger tank so I'm going to post him on a local craigslist and require a photo of the other person's tank. Any suggestions?

That's the same method I used to rehome a large breeding pair of oscars, who were both over 14". I screened every applicant on basics like the nitrogen cycle and water parameters along with actual pics on their phone not pictures from the Internet. After a week or so they were swimming happily in a 360g, which was a good step up from my 150g.
