Thinking about adding eartheaters

[Aloe Vera]

I have a 75 gallon tank with pfs substrate and is lightly planted. I run two sponge filters and a cascade 1000 canister filter that is stocked with:

12 Rummy nose
12 black neons
2 angels
8 sterbai cories
1 bristle nose pleco (thinking about giving away/selling I see her about 1 every 3months)

p.H 7.0, 80F and zero nitrites and ammonia nitrates are usually 0 also rarely up around 5 right before a water change.
I am thinking about adding a small group of orinico earth eaters to help stir up the sand between water changes.
Is this realistic with the current stock? Other suggestions welcome!

hmm my bs is very social when i feed him ...are you supplementing her diet with food

I give algae wafers, and occasionally blanched veggies usually the cories eat the wafers and she doesn't show up ocassionally the veggies get nibbled on after lights out but I have never seen her do it.
