Can anyone help me out with some information on a RO/DI unit. I'm setting up a nano reef 9 gallons and I find it hard to spend big money on units that produce a 100gpd.
Are there less expensive units made for small tanks that don't need that much clean water?
Thanks

For a tank as small as that it might be easier to buy the water.

Do any of the stores in your area sell it?

I never asked. I'm not sure I would trust them anyway. How much does water usually sell for?

Is that the same as a RODI? Are they portable or permanent? I'm really clueless about this.

They can easily be portable, they are a rodi unit just it's a different brand/name. Mine is 50 gph and you buy the di unit. Really simple and can connect to a laundry tub faucet

That sounds perfect. Thanks again.
