Clown goby hiding?

I've set up my second reef tank which is 10 gallons in volume and it's fully cycled. I introduced a clown goby today along with a couple of hermits but the clown goby is hiding. I understand it will probably be shy or nervous but I'm just wondering how long it will be like this. Should I try to feed it or is this something I should just wait out?

Nice fish! Thats actually a citron goby, one of my favorites! I had one for years and years. It's also the biggest goby of its type, very cool little guy. Glad he came out to say hi.
