You can get either a 2 channel timer or 2 separate ones for each channel, either way it would be less than $20

How will that work for the reset. Trying to figure out a way to once the float kicks on to have it run for 1minute. Then turn off and reset so that next time it's tripped it will happen, problem is the float switch isn't a duration float switch. It's instant on instant off

No the light doesn't have a timer. It is fully dimmable. I love it. I wouldn't mind a ramp timer, but with individual knobs I think it would be too labor intensive to figure out. For what it is it's an amazing light. Super bright and mine is 14" above tank
