Can you tell us more about the tank? What are the current parameters?
Make sure you dust off any algae on them. One of the things that can kill GSP as they don't always open up immediately. It allows algae to grow on them blocking the spores.
Use a turkey buster to clean it first then set it where high currence til they open. Of course you need to make sure all parameters are good.
