I am looking to upgrade the lighting on my 30 gallon fowlr. I was wondering if the Aquabeam 600 models would be enough light to keep basic corals. It says that their light spread is 24in x 11in and the tank is 30in x 13in. I would much rather keep with the LED than switch to t5's or something else. If the fixture doesnt work, would you have any suggestions?

Here is info on the Aquabeam 600 LED Aquarium Light; AquaRay AquaBeam, GroBeam Cree XR, XG Emitter; PAR 38, Rio Mini Sun Lighting

Not a bad looking light. But i think the spread might be noticeable. Just my opinion. I would look for a larger unit. In fact I;m gonna go browse that link cause I need LED's for my 20g tank and these might be perfect.

Thanks for the link btw. :-D
