I am upgrading from a 46 gal to a 125 gallon 60 X 24 X 20. I have a pair of percula clowns. They are mated. I REALLY want a pair of Half Onyx Clowns and I know I would be asking for trouble adding them to my existing tank, but.....would I be able to have them coexist in the new tank if I added both pairs at the same time. hence, no territories set yet.

I don't want to harm or stress my existing pair unnecessarily. What would work - if the new clowns were smaller/same size, introduced first, etc. Or, am I asking for trouble.

Thanks for the input.

I have a 125 gallon 6 ft tank and I`ve never had any good results with two different type clowns in the same tank. I would suggest you dont do it as it might mess up the pair you already have. JMO

Yeah, that's what I thought. I don't want any problems. It's not like I can't have lots of other great fish in there.

Cheers
