hey everyone!

i currently have 10lbs of LR and 20lbs of LS in my tank. my tank has been running since october and currently houses a goby, clown, 4 green chromis, 3 shrimp and a starfish. i purchased 30lbs of base rock from reefer rocks. can i add it all at once? since it's dead, it doesn't need to be cured or aything, but i wanted to make sure it wouldn't mess anything up such as pH. thanks for the input!

If the rock is truly base rock. (its been stored dry for several months and does not smell of death) then you should be able to just add it how you want and it not affect your tank at all.

If the rock does smell foul then you will need to cure it.

Welcome to the site.

BTW, how big is your tank?

I think you should always wash everything off before putting it into your tank, but other than follow Aaron's suggestions.

thanks for the responses! my tank is 30 gallons.
