Best Place For My Chemi-Pure??

Hello all. I recently purchased some Chemi-Pure, but have yet to put it in my tank. I just did a cleaning today and thought it would be a good idea to go ahead and put it in, but I'm not sure where the best place would be. I don't have a canister filter or anything. I was thinking I should either put it in the skimmer media box or in the sump. If I put it in the sump, could I just place the bag on top of the waffle shelf (I haven't used it for anything thus far)?

I would put it in your skimmer box. You want water to be forced through the bag.

Be careful using it in your skimmer as it may cause it to overflow. It depends on the skimmer.
