I have this molly miller , I was wondering if there is any reason or use for those eyebrow looking things and why he seems to like my fingers. when ever i put my hand in my tank he comes right over

Well I couldn't tell you why he has eyebrows...but for the hand thing (if he's captive breed) then he thinks you might have food for him. Who knows...if your lucky you maybe able to train him a little.

Well, not really eyebrows , more like 5 little horns over each eye

I can't say for certain why they have "eyebrows", but it is most likely some sort of camofage from predators. Most blennys will perch on rocks when not banging there heads on the rocks scraping algae...it might help them blend in. As for the fingers...your guess is as good as mine...my red lipped blenny will attack my arm when ever I put it in the tank as well.
