Whats the best way to clean a 140 gallon freshwater tank to get ready for a saltwater tank?

Wasn't sure if I should use vinegar. I'm afraid I wouldn't get it all out.

Even if you don't vinegar isn't deadly at all. People intentionally put it in their tanks for carbon dosing.

Simply fill the tank with water afterwards then drain... Cant miss any that way

I agree with all of the above!
If you are concerned that there is residue of any kind just fill it up and drain it a couple of times. I would also let it air dry really well for several days.

Thanks. Never knew you could put it on the tanks. I just use it to clean equipment.
