Clownfish compatibility

Do different clowns get along with each other? If not, are there certain ones not to mix?

sometimes clownfish will get along just fine but often times they will not. I have rairly seen clownfish of the same species get along unless a pair. Also maroon clowns are very aggressive and will typically attack any other (including other maroons) clownfish they can.

one mix i have found that works well is having skunk clownfish with other species.

Yea maroons should not be mixed with any other clowns. If you need to have more than one clown you can do a pair of false or true percula clowns.
