Copper

I have a 55 gallon fish only aquarium that is treated with copper. I have another small 30 gallon tank that I've recently turned into a saltwater tank. My question is this: If I took some of the crushed coral and decorations out of the tank that has copper in it and put it in the new tank, does this mean that the new tank now has copper in it????

Welcome to AquariumAdvice.com!!!
There will always be traces of copper in the 55gal tank as well as anything that was in it. Therefore, it will be very limited in terms of what livestock you can put in it. Start with some new LS for the 30gal.
