Hi there I'm going to start puting in some coral and I was hoping you all can help me out what should I start with

With a 4 bulb T5 HO and (2?) actinic and (2?) white lights you should have no problem with LPS corals, mushrooms and polyps.
You will need to start testing for Alk, calcium and magnesium with the addition of corals.
I would suggest something in the hammer, torch or frogspawn family of LPS and some basic mushrooms for a start. Avoid SPS corals for now as your light might not support them.
