HELP!! Green/teal Birdsnest loosing polyps and maybe bleaching...

I conclude it just bleached due to lack of calcium and too much light. I run them a 50%B 50%W now and everything seems better, it was 75% 75% before.

I forgot to light acclim, raised calcium really fast too.

Ah I found what is the real problem... The blue leg hermits are eating the small polyps...

That's a curious degrading pattern... Any idea for preventing crabs from eating it ?
