I have some plant, looks like I don't know moss or seaweed growing on my LR and on the bottom of my tank. I have posted a picture. Please let me know what you think!

I like green algae, but I bet with the live rock you are trying to grow coralline algae. Time to reduce the nitrates, change any old flourescent bulbs, and increase the cleanup crew of algae eaters (cerith snails, nerite snails, red legged hermit crabs, etc)

That looks like a type of hair algae. Pull it out by hand...cut down on feedings, increase water changes, use r/o water and reduce lighting.

Only feed your fish every other day. Organics add to your hair algea. Clean up crew is needed. Good luck

I have it too. My lawnmower blenny and Coral Beauty work on it quite a bit.

Yes do some searches on this site and google for hair algae, quite a bit of information, help can be found.
