Hitchiker

When I got home yesterday, I found this guyhad been a stow away on my new lr. Any idea what kind of snail it is? It is about 1 1/2" long. I found a small crab too but have not been able to get a picture yet.

Not to thread-jack but on a related note, does anyone know a good website for snail identification? I think it would be pretty useful to have something like that bookmarked.

wetwebmedia is good, use the links on top to navigate through snail id 2, 3, etc.
