Yes. Gobys are for the most part very peaceful and do not show aggression. If I remember correct you should stay away from a strawberry goby because they are very aggressive. If you like gobys take a look at some blennys. I had 1 lawnmower, 1 diamond goby(that went carpet surfing) and 1 firefish and they all got along.
