Well, I'd start with a small amount. Maybe 3 astrea, 3 nassarius and a cleaner shrimp or maybe two peppermints. If they don't seem to be getting the job done, you can always add one or two more. I had a ten gallon set up and I kept 3 astrea, 3 nassarius and a pair of cleaner shrimp. They did fine in those numbers.

Yes, that sounds good. I would add 3 astrea or some other algae eating snail though as well. Nassarius are great for the sand but won't do anything to help keep algae off the sides of the tank.

Turbos get big, but if you get some small ones, that would be good. I'd get maybe two instead of three.

Maragrita snails do almost as good of a job as turbos and are a bit smaller.
