Thanks! No sump...I have a protein skimmer and some live rock.

I finally got a pic of my goby, though it was taken when the tank lights were off. I had to do it when he/she was still sleepy.

He/she is like 1.5" long and thin. Super cute though! He hides most of the time, but he's come out to eaten brine shrimp a couple times.

that's the same one i was looking into getting for my ten gallon.
he looks good. i'd like to know if he comes out more often as time passes and he gets more comfy in your tank.

TC, It's the skimmer and it's used to reduce the micro bubble from getting in the tank. Mine came with one too but i don't use it.

Keith, I haven't seen it sift sand just yet, but I've mainly seen it out after the lights have been off and its still kinda sleepy looking. Hopefully it will come out more often after it gets used to the tank.

And yes, TC, that is my skimmer output. It was making huge bubbles and making the water evaporate faster, so I put the sponge over it. Still making some big bubbles, but not as bad. Once the skimmer gets broken in, I will take it off, since its an eye sore.

I also got an Acan frag and another type of Zoa.

Also, my snails came today. I have 7 Nassarius, 6 Nerites, and about 20 Dwarf Cerinths (these get around 3/4" full grown). I ordered 7 of those and got 20. They are tiny so I guess its ok to keep them all.
