Lack of growth

Posted a wile ago about all the aiptasia growing in my tank, I got myself some aiptasia x and managed to get it under control, however there seems to ba lack of anything growin in the tank like any kind of algae at all! All the fish seem fine and active and iv tested the water too n it seems fine, also iv been adding some purple up for about a month and still can't seem to see any kind of coralline algae growth yet, is this normal??

Buying a rock with coralline will be a lot better than adding purple up to the tank.
