How much light does chaetomoroph need in a sump? In order to keep bits and pieces of chaeto going into my return area from my sump, I have an eggcrate divider with one layer of cut to fit filter pad between the light and the chaeto. The filter pad is not very dense at all and some light (from behind the sump) will get through the filter pad and on the sides of the refugium area. Do you think it will work?
