lighting for frag tank

we have a 20gal long that house a soon to be breeding pair of perc clowns. at the moment we have a fixture with 3 20 watt bulbs of NO lighting that we got for free. we have decided that we would also like to put some frags in there that we no longer have room for in our frag tank. do you guys think that the 60 watts of NO lighting would be ok for xenia and other softies, or should we upgrade to a 65w PC fixture?

IMO, you slould be fine w/ softies under 60 watts NO in a 20 long they're fairly shallow.

I run 240 on my 55 of NO and my stuff does great.would be better in halide I ams ure but hey
