Just wanted to share this to all interested in a skimmer, this thing is so efficient and quiet, what an improvement! I put it in today and it started foaming in minutes! I was using a lame Jebo seaclone type previously. Fits perfectly under the canopy also.
Look at the collection cup after just 12 hrs; took me a week to get this amount with the cheapo skimmer!
My advise to anyone needing a hang on skimmer - get the Remora by Aqua-c, it is around $160-190 new. If you cannot afford it, look used on ebay or a save up for a few more months if you need and do frequent water changes. Not only does this thing skim like crazy, there are no adjustments to make!
