Molting?

Hi guys

I have just a quick question. Do copapods molt. Every once in a while I see the clear (shell?) of one of these floating around the tank. The fish dont bother with them. Could it be the left overs from my Blennys meal? Looks like a molt to me Thanks

I think you mean Amphipod, copepods are generally very tiny. Either way yes they do molt

I forget sometimes that I feed mysis twice a week. I'll look into the tank and see this tiny looking molt floating freely, then I realize what it is.
