moving xenia

I wish I had taken closer pictures, I will have to check at home to see if I have one I can crop. My xenia is on a coral skeleton, and it attached soon after I got it. then the side touched a part a little higher up and attached there. then little by litle it detached from the original position and is now closer to the surface, and I would guess the light.
 
Yup. Typical. They will blaze a path to get themselves as close to the sun as possible. Usually taking over anything in their way.. Those are some pesky coral ey?
 
it's not pesky yet. It hasn't split or gotten huge. I cant keep SPS alive so I am stuck like chuck with the softies for now. I just thought it was cool to see it moving. and not just the arms.
