So about a month ago I bought 10 hermit crabs to coraline snails and 2 turbo snails to deal with all the brown algae on my rocks. In the first few days the turbo snails consumed every last little bit of algae in the tank. They were the only ones that seemed to make any real noticeable difference. In the last few days the rock have been getting browner by the day and the turbo snails while I can tell they are still alive have pretty much not moved. Any ideas why?
