Are you not concerned of the glass supporting the hanger and fixtures? Once everything is in place, the glass will already be under stress due to water pushing it outward. Just be cautious of the weight you are adding on top of glass.

That has been a thought I have had.... so i am getting 3/8 inch glass cut to euro brace the tank....

I have 150 gal and 6' long and I am also contemplating of a hanger for my LED fixtures. I haven't figured it out yet what would be the best. I am following so I can also have some ideas.

Well went and picked up some new 1 inch bulk heads for the closed loop.... need to get all the plumbing and get this bad boy up and going....

The tank was drilled for it.... and I have extra pumps..... and with me going bare bottom on this build.... I want good low flow to keep detritus from settling on the bottom..... also going to add 2 mj 1200 off each side of the bottom of the overflow to help as well.... going to be an sps dominant tank....
