Okay, I have just set up my new LED's timers.

I have a total of 4 channels and 9 timers to play with.

This is what I have so far W(White), B(Blue), C(Colour), M(Moonlight):

1. 07:30 - W:4 B:5 C:4 M:5

2. 08:30 - W:9 B:10 C:8 M:7

3. 09:30 - W:14 B:16 C:10 M:16

4. 11:30 - W:18 B:19 C:13 M:19

5. 12:30 - W:25 B:25 C:18 M:25

6. 15:00 - W:18 B:19 C:13 M:19

7. 17:30 - W:12 B:13 C:8 M:15

8. 19:30 - W:6 B:8 C:3 M:13

9. 21:00 - W:0 B:0 C:0 M:10

So it basically 'sunrise' starts at 7:30am and ends at 'sunset' which is 7:30pm.

Then I have dim moonlighting on throughout the night. (I haven't actually seen this in action yet, if 10% is too much I'll turn it down).

Any thoughts?

You won't be able to pull off moonlighting with your main lighting at such intensity. It'll be more like the sun never going down.

I think you may be referring to my old fixture.

If not then you can be assured that my new fixture is capable of very low lighting.

Like I mentioned, I'll tinker with it when I have a chance to see it.

You won't be viewing your tank after 7:30pm?

The lights will dim down pretty low until 9pm then it'll just be moonlighting.

I can always adjust it, I'm just test running.

Are the moonlights even bright enough to be seen over the blues/colors/whites? If not there doesn't seem to be much sense to even bother with them ramping up or down, but to just have them off or on... Just referring to my 55 gallon that I couldn't tell if the moonlights were on over the brightness of my T5's.

There is definitely a slight Actinic-y glow with the moonlights on.

Otherwise it's just normal White and RGB colour.

I might sacrifice one of the morning timers and add a 'starter' moonlight phase.
