OK i just posted about my 260 watt PC fixture that will bring my 55 up to 4 watts agallon. Now i would like to know what kind of corals could i have? How many watts per gallon does it take to keep Highlight corals? I have never really found a good explanation.

You won't either, watts per gallon sucks as a way to determine the amount of light. Not to mention, PC (as well as mh) doesn't follow the same rules as NO, HO and VHO. 260W PC fixture on a 55g your looking at softies, LPS and a few SPS (Montis, Pavona and Hydnophora).
