Are checkerboard Wrasses reef safe?

Could anyone give me a website that gives you a list of the reef safe wrasses and a list for wrasses that eat shrimp and would not do good in a reef tank setup?

TIA

I can't find much on christmas wrasses either... I have one currently, and he hasn't harmed my shrimps that I know of... I know that the big cleaner shrimp cleans him too. I also have hermits and stars with him, he hasn't touched them.

Thalassoma sp. wrasses in general are reef friendly but not reef safe. They will not harm corals but will not hesitate to eat decorative shrimp and snails. The larger they get, the more aggressive the behavior.

Cheers
Steve
