Should I run my fuge lights opposite or 24/7? I did want to get Culerpa Mexican for the lower risk of it going asexual but figured the 24/7 route was safest?

Then there's the running opposite aids in PH stability camp.

What have your experiences been and what do you recommend?

I run mine opposite the DT lighting just to help stabilize pH. It does actually make a pretty noticeable difference as I have a pH controller/meter on the tank and can look at the what the pH is doing in real time. Mine has been setup that way for a couple years and it seems to work out well.

How much fluctuation do people see?

Mine goes from 8.2 during day to 8.05 at night. I just started getting my fuge up and running my alk is. 9.6

With opposite lighting I run 8.2 - 8.4. With no fuge light I'll get about twice the swing.
