Seachem Stability

i am cycling my 110, I filled it with SW and then added the seachem stability as directed, the tank was extremely cloudy, but i amused it was part of the cycle! but the next morning the whole tank has a layer of yellow dust over it it is covering everything in the sump and tank is thiis normal???

What is this for? Not familar with it.

It's live bacteria in a bottle that helps cycle a tank quickly. It doesn't require refrigeration. I've used it for a FW tank with some success. Using it doesn't replace daily testing and water changes if necessary but I did see some benefit to it. The Seachem website says it can be used in FW or SW.
