Just curious it I was to get a skimmer that was rated for a 75 gal tank at very low price would be OK for now untill I can afford to buy one that is rated for a larger tank. My tank is 90 btw

Sure, that would be better then no skimmer at all.

it would be fine. try not to stock it hevely till you get the bigger skimmer.

I use a jebo 180 they are cheap about $40 and works pretty good for me until I can afford to buy a more expesive model. It is also rated for up to a 180 gallon system.

try looking on ebay. i got a cpr bak pak thats rated for 80g (maby its 100g) for $50
