Hello, I was carrying my new nano cube (ya!) from my friends house. My friend decided to put the carbon bag in the while we were carrying it and it spilled all in the tank. We tried to get it all out but it was to hard. Is spilled carbon in the tank bad? And how can i get it out?

As long as you got most of it out, I don't see it causing a problem. Depending on what kind of substrate you have, you may be able to vacuum it out once you have water in the tank or if you already have water in. The carbon pellets are fairly light and will get pulled out while the gravel or CC stays in. If you have fine sand in the tank, I expect that the pieces of carbon will work their way to the surface where you can remove them.
