Sump filtration ideas please

I just built a new system. 150 display. 65 display. 40 frag and 40 fuge with 100g sump. All plumbed in.. What would you guys do for sump filtration. Fill it with live rock. Leave it empty. Use just filter socks. Use shoeboxes with blue filter pad??? I need some ideas please and thank you! I have external skimmer bioreactor gfo and carbon reactor

Have you considered an algae turf scrubber?
