What is a good food to target feed coral with?

Depends what corals your feeding, anything from frozen brine or mysis to freeze dried phyto/zooplankton.

I personally feed my filter feeders ESV Freeze dried phytoplankton, and my lps mysis or blender mush.

I dont do this too often tho. Most corals do not require even weekly feeding. I may broadcast feed my corals once a week. Feeding your corals daily or many times a week will likely just lead to nitrate/phosphate issues.
