Trouble with lighting

Hi, I have an AI Sol Blue LED fixture on a 90G 36x18x30. I have w40, b50 rb50. Things seem like they are struggling. I have ordered a new hydra, and a sol to hydra upgrade kit. I am wondering if anyone else has this similar setup, and what they have their lights set at. I am 12" above water level. Corals are doing alright, not flourishing. From research that I have done, they should have the light that they need at those outputs. What are your thoughts?

I have 2 sols on my 80 gallon reef tank, my corals are doing fine. You might have to move your corals around to find a spot that they like.
