Wanted: More PODS - How to maybe?

Anyone have a full proof way to grow these guys and how you handle them?

I'm redoing the sump now to have a fuge area for plants and pod raising.

What is the going trend that folks have good luck with? What plants? What substrate? Etc..

I seem to have a bunch in my tank. In my main they seem to live in my LR. I`ll see them often moving around if they dont get eaten. I also see them in my fuge all in the calerpa all moving around. When I grab a handful and move it to the main for my tang I`ll see them all in it. Just some places I see mine.
