weird behavior, scooter dragonette...

My scooter after lights out tonight(only moonglow leds) was swimming to the top of the tank, kinda hovering around, and would go back down to the bottom.. he did this a couple of times.. is this strange behavior? I've never noticed him do this before..

now he's perched on the side of the tank, I guess he's affixed himself to the algae... He did this earlier today as well.. the only change is my a/c went out today ,no repair people can come out till mon, which means the temp in the tank rose as well to 81.5*... Could this be the problem, or is there any problem I should be concerned with?

My temps rise and my dragonite is fine. As long as its swimming around and not gasping for for air then it should be fine keep a close eye on it to be sure nothing is wrong with it any other signs? t may have been eating things out of the algea and as for swiming on top of the tank I am not sure....
