I've had for close to 6 months now and recently went out of town for a lil over week( all lights were on timers and I had someone feeding daily) did a water change yesterday and my rose bubble and a couple polyp frags aren't opening like they should.. If anyone has any explanations or tips it would be greatly appreciated

Did you make sure the timers worked properly before you left ? Check your parameters .

My timers have been running fine for months and still work fine and my levels are all good my salinity was a lil high at 1.026-.027 but I fixed that. And I've seen them poop before and this seems different and the fact that my polyp arent open bothers me to

levels are good does not tell us anything, 1.026 is not high, it is where you want it. Need more information about your set up, how long has it been up, ect

Give it a day I guess your salinity was def high. what other corals do you have other than the ones you mentioned ?

Did you mean calcium at 200 ? I think alk should be like 8-10 for saltwater tanks ( dkh).

200ppm for alkalinity is fine, but a little higher than I like to keep it. That's right around 11 dKH.

Well everything starting to look LITTLE bit better polyps still haven't opened back up but im going to start a refugium with an aqua clear filter ( I've heard they are good for quick DIY fuges) any tips are pointer are welcome
