My friend started dripping kalkwasser few months ago, and he find out that there is a purple slug suddenly in his tank. Where does all this stuff like snails/slugs come out from after dripping kalk? Is it LR? And what is the purpose of coraline algae? Just for adding beauty to the tank or there is other usefulness?

There were already located in the rock and you are just now seeing them. It doesn't have anything to do with dripping Kalk. Just coincidence....
Well coralline algae is very pretty, so I guess that is one of its "purposes". The other is that when coralline really gets growing, it begins to out compete other nuisance algae for food so it is definitely helpful here. You could also make the case that a tank full of coralline algae that is constantly growing is a fairly mature tank and has good water condition as well as good levels of Alk and Ca.
