Yellowfin wrasse a bully?

I just got a yellowfin fairy wrasse. I have 1 coral beauty angelfish, 2 ocellaris clownfish n a diamond goby. That's in a 45g tank. I read that the wrasse is suppose to be peaceful n shy at first. The one I hit was never shy n seems very aggressive. He keep hitting my angel. The clownfish just stay away him too. The wrasse will swim back n forth in the tank n if the angel n him get close, the angel will actually turn on it side. This is bc he's new to tank n showing dominance or a bigger problem n I have to take the wrasse back to lfs? What do u think?
