zoas not opening

Lately one of my zoas do not open. They are stretched out like they need more light but I have them near the top of my tank. I'm running brand new ATI blue plus bulbs. The first picture is what they used to look like. Are the blue plus bulbs not enough light for them. They do look healthy though

They look like palys. Probably stunned a bit from your new lights. Dim it down a bit, they'll be fine in a few days,
