Depends how fast the driving is. For most of the summer I am about where I-57 hits I-80. During the rest of the year I am down in Champaign.

Well, I used to be able to get to Rockford in 30 minutes. But a few years ago I sold my Kawasaki ZX-11 Ninja. Now it takes about an hour. Probably more. Route 20 from Roselle to, dang, can't remember the name of the diner on the east side outskirts, about 30 minutes. Ridiculous velocities for sure, but it was so easy to do on that country road. Used to do it once or twice a week for fun. I have since developed responsibility and restraint appropriate for my age, as long as there isn't another ZX-11 available.
