I own a 10 gallon tank and recently lost 2 zebra danios ( out of old age I'm positive) I now own 3 and was wondering I it is possible to add a different breed to my tank with my current fish? I don't know what I want I thought you could give me an idea on what I should get, how many or just scrap the idea altogether.

Thank you sooo much :)

10 gallon is really too small for zebra danios, so I'd avoid getting any more for sure. They're a very active fish that need at least a 20 gallon long to burn off all that extra energy or else they tend to be very nippy. With only 3 left in a 10g any new fish you add may get picked on by the danios. Your best bet is to let these three die of old age too or rehome them before trying to add anything different.
