You guys have most likely seen this... but i stumbled into it while looking for rainbow fish care guides...

I'm pretty sure i'm going to stock my tank with rainbow fish to start. They're hardy, are in the middle range for everything (PH, temp, Hardnes)

Any thoughts?

Nice easy to use site, wide range of species.
General information is limited though still useful, really need to add minmum tank size recommendations.

Regarding the rainbows, yes, they are hardy and can adapt to a wide range of water conditions. There are some that get too large for some tanks, and they require a lot of swimming space as a rule, so choose your species carefully.
