It is nearly impossible to tell angelfish genders until they breed and you can watch to see who lays eggs and who fertilizes them.
Some experts say there are ways to tell by very slight differences in the shape of the front of their body, or by viewing them from the top to see if one looks rounder (meaning a female carrying eggs), but your pictures are pretty blurry so I think it would be very difficult for even an expert to be able to say.
